Tongtoo provides engineering support for custom aluminum parts, CNC machined parts, secondary-processed aluminum profiles, and surface treatment projects from pre-production to after delivery. Customers can receive clear communication support during drawing evaluation, sample confirmation, production communication, after-sales feedback, and repeat order stages.
Pre-Production Engineering Support
Before the project starts, Tongtoo can evaluate drawings, 3D files, samples, or project requirements to help confirm the machining method, material, tolerance, and surface treatment solution.
- Structural evaluation based on drawings, 3D files, or physical samples
- Assistance in confirming a more suitable processing solution based on material, wall thickness, machining allowance, tolerance, and assembly position
- Communication on CNC machining, tooling, anodizing, and related processes
- Evaluation of surface treatment methods, color direction, and appearance requirements
Sample & Prototype Confirmation
CNC samples can usually be completed within 3–7 working days, while first orders for tooling projects usually require 25–40 working days. During the sample stage, dimensions, appearance, assembly, function, actual color, and anodizing effect can be confirmed. After modification comments are confirmed, the sample requirements will be synchronized into the subsequent mass production arrangement.
Production Communication
During production, Tongtoo can provide progress updates at key stages, including first article completion, key processes, surface treatment, and shipment preparation. Photos or videos can also be provided according to project needs. If any issue may affect the delivery schedule, it will be communicated in advance.
Efficiency leap Precision and stability
After product delivery, if there are issues related to dimensions, surface finish, assembly, packaging, or transportation damage, customers can submit photos, videos, inspection information, or issue descriptions. Tongtoo will confirm the handling method according to the actual situation.
Long-Term Project Support
For repeat orders and long-term projects, Tongtoo can retain drawing versions, sample records, and machining programs, and reuse confirmed material, process, and surface treatment standards in subsequent orders to help maintain consistency across multiple production batches.
