After aluminum profiles and aluminum alloy parts are completed through extrusion, die casting, or basic forming, they often require further processing to refine appearance, protection, assembly dimensions, and connection details. Tongtoo can provide coordinated support for surface treatment and secondary processing, helping parts from the same batch move closer to their final-use condition in terms of color, coating layer, hole positions, threads, edges, and assembly locations.

Surface Treatment Capabilities
For the appearance consistency, protection needs, and working environments of aluminum parts, we can support anodizing, hard anodizing, color anodizing, powder coating, spray painting, e-coating, electroplating, and polishing. Different finishing methods can be used to improve surface wear resistance, color identification, metallic appearance, coating coverage, or basic protection. They are suitable for aluminum profiles and machined parts that require color matching, decorative surfaces, functional coating layers, or batch consistency.
Secondary Processing Capabilities
Before or after surface treatment, we can continue processing according to customer drawings, including CNC precision machining, CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, cutting to length, deburring, accessory assembly, or trial assembly. The processing focus is on dimensional correction, mounting holes, threaded connections, mating surfaces, edge finishing, and assembly preparation, reducing the need for additional rework after parts arrive.

Pre-Processing Confirmation
To ensure that treated parts match subsequent assembly and use, the following items should be confirmed before processing: drawing dimensions, tolerance ranges, threaded hole positions, mating surface requirements, masking areas, color or coating layer requirements, coating thickness requirements, and assembly positions. For parts that require machining before finishing or finishing before final machining, the process sequence can also be confirmed in advance to prevent hole positions, edges, and visible surfaces from being affected during later processing.
