Precision Die Cast is designed for Precision die casting housings, connector, end caps, heat dissipation parts and small structural parts, and is suitable for Aluminum alloy or zinc alloy parts order requiring Relatively high hole positions accuracy, assembly surface stability, post-machining datum and appearance consistency. The product can through die casting die/mold, CNC post-machining, deburring, surface treatment and dimensional inspection complete from sample confirmation to batch delivery production process.

Process and Machining Capabilities

 

Precision Die Cast process focuses on die/mold accuracy, gate venting, shrinkage control, post-machining allowance and inspection datum. Small precision housings need to focus on screw bosses, interface holes, thin-wall structure and appearance surfaces; connector need to focus on hole spacing, perpendicularity, assembly clearance and load-bearing edge; heat dissipation parts need to focus on base plate flatness, fins forming, thermal contact surface and post-machining datum.

 

The production process may include die/mold machining, die trial, die casting forming, gate removal, deburring, CNC finishing, tapping, surface treatment, dimensional inspection and packaging. For assembly type parts, will be confirmed according to functional positions add hole positions re-inspection, threads inspect, flatness inspect and sample assembly.
