Quality Die Casting is suitable for die casting projects with high requirements for dimensional stability, appearance defect control, post-machining accuracy and batch consistency. It can be used for aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and magnesium alloy housings, brackets, end caps, heat dissipation parts, connectors and industrial structural parts.

 

The production process can be arranged according to drawings, material requirements, die/mold structure, inspection standards and surface treatment specifications. Die casting, CNC post-machining, inspection, packaging and delivery can be organized within the same project process.

Part stability can be controlled from die/mold design, die casting parameters, post-machining and surface treatment stages. According to the part application, inspection can cover porosity, shrinkage, flash, deformation and surface treatment defects.

 

 

CNC post-machining can improve the accuracy of mounting holes, sealing surfaces, positioning surfaces and assembly datum areas. These die castings are suitable for industrial equipment, automotive accessories, electronic housings, heat dissipation parts and structural parts orders.

Process and Machining Capabilities

 

For Quality Die Casting projects, die casting forming, post-machining and inspection standards should be controlled within the same project process. During the die/mold stage, the review should focus on the parting surface, gate, venting, cooling, ejection and post-machining datum. During die casting, the key points are filling condition, temperature, pressure, flash and deformation control. Post-machining inspection should cover hole positions, threads, sealing surfaces and assembly surfaces. For surface treatment, adhesion, color difference, scratches and masking positions need to be checked according to the part requirements.

 

The inspection focus should be adjusted according to different part structures. For housing pcs, inspection usually focuses on appearance surfaces, interface holes, screw bosses and internal assembly space. For bracket pcs, the main checks are mounting holes, load-bearing edges, flatness and reinforcing ribs. For heat dissipation parts, inspection should focus on the base plate, fins, thermal contact surface and post-machining datum.

For die castings, inspection usually focuses on porosity, shrinkage, cold shut, flash, deformation, gate residue, post-machining burrs and surface treatment defects. For parts with assembly or sealing requirements, additional re-inspection can be arranged for hole spacing, flatness, threads, sealing surfaces and functional positions.

Packaging and Shipping

 

 

Quality Die Casting can be packaged with individual bagging, dividers, foam, carton, wooden crate or pallet packaging. Machining surface, appearance surfaces, threaded holes, sealing surface and corners position can perform zoned protection, reduce transportation scratches, impact damage and deformation.
