After extrusion, we can complete CNC milling, drilling, tapping, deburring, and precision finishing according to customer drawings. Samples are inspected before approval and can be arranged for international delivery when required. Once the sample is confirmed, we move into batch production with controlled inspection points and clear production tracking.

Quality control starts from mold design and continues through extrusion, CNC machining, surface treatment, final inspection, and packaging. We check dimensional accuracy, surface quality, hole position, thread quality, structural stability, and finishing consistency before shipment. Material certificates, inspection records, and quality documents can be provided according to customer requirements. Quality issues are responded to within 24 hours.

For export orders, we use protective packaging suitable for aluminium parts. Each part can be wrapped with pearl cotton, then packed in waterproof reinforced cartons and fixed with wooden frames to reduce scratches, impact, and deformation during transportation. We are familiar with international shipping requirements and can assist with commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documents. FOB and CIF trade terms are available for different purchasing needs.
